Acclimate our roll before use: Remove our dough roll from the refrigerator for 15 to 45 minutes. If the roll is unrolled too cold or frozen, the dough will tear very quickly.
Push on the ends of the roll to loosen the dough. This helps prevent tearing.
If unrolling is still difficult, we recommend cutting the baking paper from the next turn and using it to roll out the dough. See accompanying video on how to do this most conveniently.
