Quiche
Maître André is proposing you a range of finished product. The quiche is one of them. Produced in an artisanal way using only fresh product and with a delicious taste. This product is easy to proportion and so it is ideal for caterers or industrial kitchens. The quiches are packed individually and exist in 7 different tastes: Leek, Bacon, Carrot/Broccoli
Vegetables/Bacon, Vegetables, Tomato Mozzarella and Gratin
It is very easy to prepare the quiche and quickly done: is it fresh, than bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Is the quiche deep-frozen than bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes. In less than half an hour you have a delicious plate. Serve it on a bed of lattice and with an appropriate dressing and you are in the culinary heaven. Signed by Maître Andre
