The preparation is easy and quick. The chèvrefeuille of Maître André is ready to be served in 15 minutes. You must preheat the oven at 220°C and let the goat cheese in puff pastry heat up for about 10 to 12 minutes. Enjoy our meal! This dish can be made more savoury by choosing a topping of tepid honey and/ or Syrup from Lieges, sea salt and olive oil, flakes of almond and honey, walnut oil and pine nuts or balsamic vinegar.
